Tourney Format

GAME FORMAT

• 2025 Games will start every 45 minutes 

• 10V10

• 2026 Games will start in hour increments to allow teams playing back to back 15 minutes break

• TWO 20 MINUTE RUNNING TIME HALVES.

• 2 MINUTE HALF TIME

• No timeouts 

• All penalties are running time

• No zones allowed expect on man down

• NCAA rules apply except for the following

• Straight 20 second to get over midfield!

• Don’t have to touch in the offensive box

• Teams stalling or failing to produce a shot in a timely fashion will get a 20 second timer put on them to produce a shot on cage.

• All other NCAA rules apply including no dive in goal mouth, and face offs!

• All teams are expected to compete fairly 

• Players must all be currently in the grade they are participating in 

• Sticks must be legal

• We expect the highest level of sportsmanship
